The Wagyu Guys present The Art of Wagyu: The Epitome of Steak, the inaugural Wagyu tasting dinner Thursday, November 3, 2022, featuring the World Class Meat’s Wagyu tenderloins from Japan, Australia, and America.
We are teaming with Houston’s renowned chef tandem, The Kitchen Finesser, to serve an exquisite 6-course tasting dinner in which the first three courses will define the unique “umami” flavor of the highest quality wagyu, followed by three dishes that will be dedicated to each country spotlighted. The evening will include hand-selected wines and a decadent dessert from Loc Dessert.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Be An Angel, a not-for-profit dedicated to helping special needs children get the accessibility they need to live their entire lives by providing specialized programs, services, and equipment to kids in the Houston, Dallas, and Fort Worth areas. This will be an incredible dinner for a great cause.
